Join Sandi for a different kind of nature walk!
We will meet at our location, and start with a short grounding meditation before heading into the woods.
Our phones will be off while we're in the forest to foster a connection to the present moment.
The focus will be on experiencing our innate childlike curiosity, wonder, trust, and contentment by allowing the stillness of nature to remind us of the still awareness within ourselves.
Light to moderate walking.
Wear good walking shoes.
Bring water to drink if you like.
